Open to sale now and delivered at RtB or an investor for 30% of equity (€64m) to raise CAPEX necessary to do the project

Italy
406 MWp of Italian solar PV projects currently under development. Each project is between 3-50 MWp in size. The projects are both agri-voltaic and non-agrivoltaic PV across Sardinia and Southern Italy with near-term connections. Individual projects can be sold but a full portfolio acquisition is preferred. Each project in the portfolio has successfully secured a combination of land, grid and planning milestones and is close to achieving RTB status. Expected RTBs start Q2 2025 through to Q4 2026.

Early-stage 396 MWp PV portfolio in UK
Seeking framework agreement (development service agreement) to RTB with an end user of PV or full acquisition. 5 projects ranging 50-130 MWp projects across England. Largest deal has secured grid, includes BESS and has signed the terms for a 40 year lease. Each project is in progress to attain the necessary permits, and are earmarked to achieve RTB status by Q2 2027.

Young, ambitious company, founded by an experienced team with an established track record in the solar PV field. 41MW in operation by the end of 2024. In addition to contracted portfolio, it has an actionable c. 1GW pipeline of short-listed projects at various stages of negotiation (subject to final due diligence and price).
